Reservations canceled after the same-day cancellation period are subject to the applicable cancellation terms and will not be refunded the Administrative fees, travel insurance, and Flexible Cancellation Fees.

This home is located in a natural mountain environment and may experience seasonal weather changes, insects, arachnids, and wildlife. Preventative treatments are performed regularly; however, occasional encounters are possible due to the home's surroundings. Guests can help minimize encounters by keeping food sealed and reducing exterior light exposure at night. Refunds or relocations are not provided for natural occurrences related to the mountain setting. Please consider this before booking.
