“No information about having to carry our stuff up 3.5 story's of steel fire escape. it was hell and dangerous. Not one comfortable chair or love seat in the place. Only one TV and that was in the kitchen. At times the people that live there where a bit noisy. To get comfortable you had to lay on the bed..Had nothing to sit on but 4 hard small wooden chairs. Four hundred dollars a night than nothing to sit on. No stove.”

When I walked in the entrance there was dirt and debris all over the floor and on the mat in front of the stairs and on the stairs. “This is a very spacious rental as it is the full basement under someone’s home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, however, it would be nicer to have some newer items such as cookie sheets that were not kept clean by prior renters and hot pads. Also we would have like some teaspoons and not just large tablespoons. We appreciated the paper towels and clean sponge for washing dishes! A real highlight is the use of the washer and dryer since we were in the road for two...

“Very clean and very well supplied. The bathroom on first floor was not great and at 1am one night we believe people came to clean the unit next door and woke us all up for some time. Otherwise great location and great neighborhood.”
