“LOVED the property, but the communication with the owner was borderline rude. Because it was the 4th of July holiday, there was a lot of action going on in the area, so calling the owner was easier for me. But the more I called, the more attitude he had. ”

“We had an issue with the bed. We slept in it one night but it was sunken in the middle and we both struggled because it felt like you were sucked into the middle of the bed. We were definitely not happy with that but we just had two days on the beach so we were trying to make the best of it. The next morning when we were getting ready, my husband sat on the edge of the bed and it broke. We contracted to owner right away. It till a little time to get a response but we let her know first thing in...

“This property is not as advertised.We left after one night. We were booked for two weeks. The nice pictures may have been from when it was first listed. Some serious renovations and a deep clean needed including a full carpet replacement. Bathroom has black mold under shower knobs; shower curtains are dirty and moldy; children’s bedroom had a squeaky bunk, was missing a fire alarm; washer had rust on the lid. I could go on. Hopefully the pictures tell the story. ”

“Unbelievable location! "Too many" options for bars, restaurants, shopping and activities literally right outside the door. Electric car charging and super conveneient parking right across the street. Will most likely stay here again on our next trip since we just scratched the surface of what the area has to offer. Beautiful comfy condo as well.”

“The good: Location is fantastic. The bad: kitchen cabinets needs mold remediation; smell and visible green mold buildup on shelves. Mattresses worn and uncomfortable.”
