Muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, con muchas opciones qué hacer. Atención clara y en inglés. No me gusto la regadera es muy baja, pequeña. Me dieron un cuarto de accesibilidad y eso lo hizo incomodo

Habitación (al menos la mía) muy ruidosa. No se si era del sistema de ventilación o de las oficinas que hay pared por pared con el hotel. Por lo demás, el hotel es correcto y muy bien situado en el centro de Wroclaw

Sofitel beds are characterized by softness but on guest request we can remove one of the mattress. Está en una muy buena ubicación.. Los empleados del hotel muy amables.. el único inconveniente fué el aire acondicionado, nos morimos de frío en la habitación.

The Wyndham is a very nice hotel once you figure how to get inside. Check-in was smooth and the representative was friendly. I was given a disability room (239) which was fine, yet odd. That roon is located very closely to an all night bar/club. Not great for getting any sleep. Prior to the party starting, the location to the square is outstanding. It seems that drunks wonder into the hotel. Security does a pretty good job of keeping that under control.

Although the property was clean and tidy, work was ongoing. Despite asking for my room to be cleaned, it wasn’t. Staff friendly enough and happy to help.

We got two rooms with access for wheelchair which was not meant to be booked. We were told that rooms were not available to change. Towels were missing for 2 days, room was not cleaned . Restaurant was sort of non existent. The only reason we stayed there is because of being quiet and proximity to the main square

Mixed experience, failed to get the basics right.
Very comfortable room. Soft mattress. Great location close to the main square. Pillows too soft and flat. Towels are thin. Soap and shower gel dispensers were empty on arrival although the staff were quick to provide a refill when asked Poor quantity and selection of coffee and tea. Glass sliding bathroom door - not very private Spa was closed. Room was not serviced the following day.
