There is a lawn around the villa that invites you to linger. As the terrace is south-facing, the sun shines on the terrace and garden all day long. The garden and terrace area cannot be seen, so you can relax there in peace.
Our villa has been certified with three stars by the German Tourism Association. You have fast WLAN via fibre optic cable throughout the house! On a total of 69 square metres you will find everything you need to make your family and your four-legged friends' holiday as enjoyable as possible. From dog bowls to USB charging sockets, cosmetic mirrors, clothes racks and a BlueTooth speaker in the ceiling lamp in the bathroom. Off the hallway on the ground floor of our holiday home, you will find a bright daylight bathroom with shower, hairdryer, WC and washbasin. The spacious living/dining area comprises the recently installed, fully equipped kitchenette, the cosy dining area and the snug living area with flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove and leather suite. The wide glass front provides access to the large south-facing sun terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day long in summer. Here you will find sun loungers, parasol, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. A storage room accessible from the outside contains a clothes horse, a freezer, garden toys and cushions for the patio furniture. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a large double bed, linen cupboard, chairs, bedside tables and a flat-screen TV, the other bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. You only need your car if you want to go shopping, otherwise everything is within walking distance. If you have not brought your own bicycles, you can hire some on site. The well-known "Watt'n Bad", an indoor and outdoor seawater wave pool, is located directly on the North Sea beach and invites you to splash around or swim. Sauna and massages are also available. You can get fresh fish and fish sandwiches at the harbour almost all year round. Hikers and anglers also get their money's worth here.
The villa is located on a very quiet road through the holiday park. Only guests who have rented along the road drive in and out by car. Otherwise, the house is in an absolutely quiet location. There is a children's playground on a communal lawn just a few metres from the house, but you will hardly notice it, even if there is some romping around. Walking paths start directly at the house and lead out into the fields or directly to the sea. Unfortunately, the deposit as well as the spa fees and optional booking of bed linen and towels cannot be paid on site. These costs must be transferred to the landlord at least 3 weeks before arrival.
