  • The penthouse apartment is located in an apartment building directly on Wyker Südstrand. It has an indoor pool and sauna (sauna for a fee) and an elevator. This completely newly renovated apartment has a huge surrounding balcony facing almost all directions and a fabulous view of the island and Halligwelt. Enjoy the fresh North Sea breeze on your large balcony or while taking a walk by the sea.

    Highlights included: final cleaning, all consumption-based energy costs, swimming pool, WiFi, parking space
    It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
