“What people should know about this particular hotel is that the air conditioning has been shut off for the season. When we arrived at our room on September 30th, the temperature was 82 at around 4:45pm. We had to open the windows to cool the room, but then had to contend with the noise from the highway and the trains. The temperature never dropped below 71 degrees. Needless to say, we did not have a restful night.”

“I was really impressed with the appearance of this hotel, the location right on the Platte River where many families were tubing, and the friendliness of the staff. Our room was spotless, new and modern, with plenty of towels, a comfortable king bed, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Also had DirecTV with all the channels. I only wish the window opened so that we could hear the river but that is a small issue. ”

“ The house was easy to find, very clean rooms and had a comfortable bed. The location is close to restaurants and the University of Wyoming. We ate at The 17th St. Cafe for breakfast and I highly recommend it for breakfast. Our hostess Lori, was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and would love to visit beautiful Laramie again soon. Thank you so much for the great memories made. Sincerely, Kasey”
