“I am sure that had the weather been better this location would have been very good. However it was not and Under Canvas was totally unable to provide anything that was capable of heating the tent in near freezing conditions. Even a member of staff tried valiantly to light the word burning stove for over 40 minutes without success. Due to the low temp in the tent my husband tried the communal wash/restrooms which he described as revolting. For a premium price there are other glamping...

“ Scenic Location with Some Housekeeping Issues During our recent stay at Crooked Creek, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. However, there were a couple of issues. First, the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all during our 4 day visit, and secondly, it took a request to get fresh towels and have the trash removed from our cabin. Despite these minor inconveniences, I still recommend Crooked Creek for its picturesque setting and welcoming atmosphere.”
