“The front desk staff are consistently helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service at the gym and breakfast area falls short. Staff at the breakfast café entrance, in particular, can be quite rude and tend to treat guests with unnecessary suspicion, which creates an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the gym attendant repeatedly reminds guests not to take towels away, even when it’s necessary, for example, when stepping out briefly to the restroom while still sweating.”

“This is more of a business hotel, meaning they cater to mainly men on business. There are two hotels with the same name a few metres apart so I went to the wrong one initially. Room was clean but the mattress has seem better days. On a busy night market street so may be a bit loud. They offer luggage storage but it is not secure (bags left in main hotel lobby).”

“My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, situated right next to the train and long-distance bus stations. The front desk staff were very helpful, and I especially want to thank Ms. Liu Jina for her patience and assistance—she truly went above and beyond, making my stay great and memorable.
