“Booked a superior room but got an “upgrade”
This is not a hotel. In the lobby you’d find signs for a number of companies that run these rooms.
The room I got looked nothing like the photos. The front desk cited an electrical issue and gave us an upgrade- with three plain beds, a dripping A/C unit and shower with a toilet in it.
When I insisted, they said they could move us to the room the room the next day at noon because someone was in it. So it wasn’t an electrical issue.
