The Interior of the house is comfortable, clean, and functional. But the outside..... the view from the picture windows and balcony....... It elevated our vacation from a lovely stay to a luxury high end experience. Unforgettable.

I stayed here for an extended weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday with our kids and his parents. I'd previously stayed here over 5 years ago with our infant daughter during 4th of July. This is such a great little house. It's very clean and well-appointed with anything you might need. My only complaints would be the dim lights over the sink/vanity in the master bathroom (you'll want to bring a lighted mirror) and that the house isn't exactly safe for kids with all of the outlets and wires running to and fro, so make sure to never take your eyes off of your littles! Otherwise, we enjoyed the views, the closeness to shops in Yachats, and that the house is in a safe zone from a tsunami in the event of the "big one." I hope to make this our regular house rental on the coast.

The sound of the ocean from the house is calming. Love the house with the rugs and folk art. Very comfortable. Lots of light. Good for cooking supplies

Views did not disappoint! Lush gardens and beautiful sunsets overlooking Yachats and the ocean. Convenient location but quiet and private. House was lovely, bigger and nicer than I expected. BYO shampoo etc., which the instructions are clear about. They include paper products and linens and stuff.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Things that could improve our stay would have been more hot water so we could fill the bathe tub more that 1/4 full. We feel if they had an outdoor hit tub it would have made our stay perfect. Al & all it was enjoyable.

Loved the house in Yachats, one of the best rentals we’ve had anywhere in the world. Great view, so spacious, very comfortable bed, and extensive cooking facilities. The VRBO description and pics don’t do it justice. Only one negative- wash the towels before you check out and leave in the dryer. Really!!

It felt very homey and was well-equiped with comfortable beds. Did have to make a trip to the store to get shampoo and bar soap for the bathrooms, which surprised us. TV channels were limited and there is absolutely no cell service there (although there's a land line) but we were able to use wifi calling while in the house. Otherwise, we were pretty much out of luck with phones in Yahachts. Nice forced break from work though! A must visit restaurant is definitely the Drift In!

Clean, comfortable and well equipped house. Amazing view from living room and front deck. Main bathroom is a little dark but large. Will definitely stay there again.
