Blowhole Bungalow - Comfortable Yachats Home

  • Nuestro "Blowhole Bungalow" tiene un nombre apropiado para las ballenas que emigran a la vista y que se pueden ver desde los hermosos ventanales abiertos de la gran sala. Y también para el orificio natural formado en la costa rocosa a pocas cuadras de la casa.

    A pocas cuadras en la otra dirección hay una playa de arena para jugar, volar cometas, explorar la marea, etc. Todo a poca distancia a pie.

    Diseñamos y construimos el Blowhole Bungalow en 2000 para que sea un escape acogedor, cálido, cómodo y acogedor para nuestra familia. Ha sido nuestro destino de escapada en todas las estaciones del año, donde hemos atesorado nuestros momentos divertidos e inolvidables juntos, ¡y confiamos en que también lo encontrará! Ahora incluye 256k DSL WiFi!

Our group of four adults loved this home, so close to the ocean with gorgeous beach views and just a couple of minutes walk to the water. The location is quiet, the house is light with huge windows, and the kitchen is reasonably well stocked for a short stay. We stayed for three nights but would have loved to stay longer. Yachats is a charming little coastal town and Luna Sea Fish House is not to be missed, the fish is so fresh and delicious! The property rent was very reasonable as well.

PROs: A home built for entertaining. Wonderfully large and open great-room. Pretty views. Garage parking is a plus. The home has all the amenities you need. Key lockbox is convenient for coming and going separate from other family/friends. Close enough to walk to beach. CONs: Stains on bed pillows. Home needs some maintenance repairs, i.e., sink in entryway bathroom is cracked, blue kitchen countertop’s facing/trim is taped on with scotch tape.

Beautiful Yachats Location

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised how well situated the rental house was. It was a very comfortable house with nice decor. Several of the recliners could be updated, but still comfortable. We have recommended this rental to a friend who wishes to visit Yachats. It close to restaurants, great walks, and beautiful Cape Perpetua National Forest.

This was our second stay at the Blowhole Bungalow and we are already looking forward to our third! The house is in a perfect location with great views of the ocean from the wall of windows and easy walks to the beach for closer inspection. It’s also an easy walk to the center of town where there are lots of food and drink options for everyone and any time of day.

Best bungalow ever

Beds were comfortable, even the pull out sofa in the den. Beach access was great, a block away and we went there every day.

Lovely Place to Stay with Ocean View

This is a beautiful, spacious property in a perfect location just steps to the shoreline and beach. Easy walk into town with spectacular views all around. The house is bright, comfortable and well cared for.

October stay

This property is lovely and exceeded expectations. It is larger than I thought from the pictures and has great windows with views of the waves. Very clean and well equipped. One of the nicest rentals we've had. We hope to return.
