El Beachwood Cottage ofrece unas vistas absolutamente impresionantes del gran cielo y las olas en una playa de arena. ¡Los días tormentosos son tan especiales y memorables como los claros y soleados! Una chimenea de leña y un diseño acogedor hacen de esta casa perfecta para una escapada romántica. Hay un altillo con dos áreas separadas para dormir, vistas del océano y una terraza, ¡así que traiga a los niños!

    También ofrecemos WiFi gratis, y colecciones de libros y juegos para su disfrute durante su estadía. También hay estacionamiento para un RV de tamaño completo.

    Esta casa está al lado de The Pacific Vista Home y las dos casas que se alquilan juntas son perfectas para alojar familias o grupos más grandes.

    Duerme hasta 6 - 1 dormitorio y loft, 1 reina; 1 futón reina; y 1 Rey (se puede dividir en dos gemelos con previo aviso); 1 baño.
    Vehículos: con licencia para 3 (estrictamente impuesta, no se permite estacionamiento en la calle)
    Estándar: mínimo 2 noches; Verano y vacaciones: mínimo 3-4 noches.

    Cancelaciones y reembolsos: El costo total de la reserva, menos un cargo por servicio del 10%, es reembolsable hasta 45 días antes del check-in. Después de que el día 45 para registrarse haya pasado, no hay reembolso.

The view was great. Long sandy beach for walking. All of the kitchen utensils you could need, sharp knives…comfy bed, near enough town to easily get to restaurants. A perfect beach vacation.

We had a wonderful time just enjoying the beach and the local community. Yachats is a bit small and would recommend grocery shopping in Florence. Sweet homes was a pleasure to work with , they did not intrude on our solitude but did send messages about local happenings . We will definitely use Sweet Homes in the future.

Beautiful Little Property!

We had such a great time here, stunning ocean views and exactly the amount of space we needed for just the two of us. We made lots of great memories here. Would definitely stay here again!

The standout item was the proximity to beach access. The staff went out of their way to provide for our needs. They were immediately responding even to late night requests. The details were covered and communication was great.

Right on the beach with magnificent views of the ocean! Quiet and semi secluded. Perfect home base for exploring the coast.

Cozy Oceanside Cottage

This cottage feels like a cozy stay at your grandma's house. Tucked away from HW101 so you rarely hear highway noise. Comfy chairs on the deck to sit and enjoy the amazing view of the ocean!! Well appointed kitchen. Would consider staying again.

Beachwood Cottage

Wonderful! Checked all the right boxes..wood burning hearth, large picture windows on a high dune with a great view of the ocean, vaulted ceiling , direct beach access and a feeling of privacy.

Lovely coastal getaway

Enjoyed this cottage on our recent winter getaway to the coast! The views and easy access to the beach was unbeatable. The cottage had all the basic necessities for cooking meals, no shortage of towels and the bed was very cozy. While the fire place was out of commission, all the heaters worked and we were pretty warm & cozy!

Wonderful front row seats to watch the winter storm the tides and we really enjoyed the view!

We enjoyed this cozy cottage with front row seats to a very amazing storm system. We are thankful for the little heaters and cozy beds with good blankets. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice big picture window to just sit and meditate on the wonders of the sea.

Happy ocean time

Great place to watch the waves and skies. Comfortable, though even with heaters it got a little chilly at times (I was informed beforehand that the fireplace was out of action, which seems like a long-term problem as other reviewers have noted it was broken). Some folks in the big house next door took to wandering back and forth in front of the property - not sure it's a public footpath – which was distracting. Would happily stay again.

Perfect Location

Very quiet ocean front cabin. Far enough off the Oregon Coast Highway to eliminate all traffic noise. Very relaxing time sitting on the back porch or going down to the beach. Close to Yachats & other coastal towns. Only complaint was we wish there were stairs going to the beach. This might be the only property in the area without a safe way to make it to the beach.

Beautiful Views

Nice oceanfront home with beautiful view. Kitchen well stocked. Little chilly in the morning. Had space heaters throughout the home. Downstairs bedroom mattress wasn’t too comfortable. Kept rolling towards the middle. We did enjoy our stay.

Beautiful ocean front access

Suggest a few more incidentals like larger cutting board and small packets of laundry detergent. Traveling by air from place to place makes it difficult to but these items and take with you

We enjoyed our time at this beach cottage. Location was good. It was centralized to all the activities we wanted to do. The place was a perfect size for the two of us. The place did take a long time to heat up on a cold day. A call into the managing company wasn't very helpful but we figured it out. The deck needed some repair but was usable and the lawn could have used a mow. However, there is access to the beach if you are careful. It was peaceful and very scenic. I'm glad we stayed there despite a few minor items.A good choice if you'd like to stay in Yachats!

Nice oceanside getaway

Very much enjoyed our 3 night stay. Beautiful views, relaxing, quiet (unless the sound of the ocean bothers you). A few annoyances though: 1. Easy to miss the driveway from Highway 101. 2. No early check in allowed. Electronic door lock won’t allow entry before specified time (5pm) 3. The steps leading to the beach are a bit tricky, and there is no handrail. Be careful!
