“We like the location of the hotel and the services, the staff were very accommodating and assisted us throughout our stay. We have been staying in the hotel frequently when visited Jakarta. However, there is no refrigerator in the room and ironing facility in the room (some travellers do really need these necessities) though laundry/ironing clothes can still be done with some charges. “The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...
