The property was clean and good size for my wife and I. Quiet location, away from downtown Yakima. But short drives to vineyards, restaurants, and stores. Thanks for the stay.

This was such a cute place to stay and good location. Quiet neighborhood as well. Place was well stocked and very clean. Host was easy to keep in touch with and got back to me immediately when I had questions.Would highly recommend and we would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. The property was just lovely and historical. The yard was perfect for my toddler granddaughter to adventure in. We enjoyed walking around the old neighborhood and going to Randall Park.

We stayed at the Carriage House on a weekend trip to Yakima. Overall the rental is adorable. My 16y/o slept in the loft which had a wide step ladder to climb. The ladder could use better handrails, but overall it was a fun addition. Note: the single bathroom is off of the primary room. There was no mention of this that I saw in the listing. The headboard on the main floor bed was dusty. Other than that, the place was very clean. Overall, the property is a beautiful piece of history in the Yakima area.

We enjoyed our stay beautifully appointed carriage house loft apt. Marble tiled shower and bath, soft sheets, and fast internet - all I needed!

Perfect Property

This was the perfect spot to stay in Yakima. Close to anywhere you need to get without being to crowded. It’s in a nice neighborhood and a beautiful property. The apartment itself was very clean and very cozy. I will be looking to book this place the next time I’m in Yakima.

Darling cozy unit on stunningly beautiful rounds

Very clean and many thoughtful extras. The bed was so comfortable. I have shared this gem with all of my colleagues as THE place to stay in Yakima. Priced well, zero problems - easy straight forward instructions and excellent communication from hosts.

My two friends and I came here on a little staycation weekend away from the kids and it was perfect! It’s so cute and cozy, it’s also super clean. There was enough room for us to spread out all our craft supplies and make vision boards while watching movies in the main area. Having a full sized fridge was also great because we brought some meals and went out for others. The bathroom was also really nice with an awesome heated floor that we all really enjoyed. We would love to come back for another girls trip!

Cozy Cottage

It was a cozy comfy to back to and relax with a blanket from being busy with our son basketball tournament. It is so peaceful with the birds chirping , shade to sit outside and the pound is beautiful and the landscape as well. Also appreciated it was gated around the property. Great place to stay. Yakima Gem

The Carriage House was as represented on VRBO. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Very nice deck for morning coffee, yoga, meditation and large, beautiful trees surrounding the property. I felt like I had my privacy. Parking was easy. Everything was thought of - from coffee making to hot plate, well equipped kitchen, easy wi-fi access, TV, even a heated bathroom floor. I will come and stay again when visiting Yakima.

Lovely Property, Beautiful Space.

The Carriage house was a lovely and relaxing retreat! We stayed during a weekend wedding in Naches, and it was perfect. A 20-min cab ride from the venue, and close to pretty much everything in Yakima. The surrounding grounds were beautiful as well. Great communication from the owners as well. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay

Quiet, clean, great location. What more could you want? Our stay was short and we wished we could have stayed longer. The grounds surrounding this apartment are beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. The hostess responded quickly and kept us informed before our check in. We will definitely be booking again. Peaceful stay

The carriage house apartment on 2nd floor was an ideal place for the two of us. Immaculate, beautifully renovated, on gorgeous grounds and so peaceful in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Small toaster/airfry oven, hot plate and microwave were all we needed. We used the propane bbq on the deck one night, great amenities here. Heated bathroom floor was an unexpected luxury! Stairs were not a problem for us, but may have been for a handicapped or elderly person. We hope to return someday soon.
