“We stayed at Radisson Collection Bodrum for a wedding with our young child. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of basic service, safety, and accountability.
Despite requesting and reconfirming a crib before arrival, none was provided. We were eventually given a visibly worn and stained crib late at night, which was replaced with one that had a broken wheel the next day. “We actually had a problem with our Hotels.com booking, but the owners of the property were very kind and accommodating, turning what could have been a very stressful situation into a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and well kept, and the property and pool were well maintained.
The location is very close to the beach, and right across the dolmus stop that goes into Bodrum, making going into town eay. ”
