“Hi there, the staff managing The Caledonian Inn were friendly and welcoming. The accomodation was clean and modernised with onsite parking close to the local cafes, restaurants, hotels and the Loop walk leading to the Lighthouse and the surrounding Shearwaters Colony. “I have been traveling for 7 weeks and have stayed in 14+ hotels in N.Z. and OZ. None of them have made a greater effort to make me comfortable than City Heart, admittedly a modest, affordable 16 room place in Warrnambool. The bed was super comfortable, when you turned on the hot water, you got hot water and —— wait for it —— the T.P. was actually soft, almost plush!”

“The hotel was centrally, located very close to everything within walking distance. The room was on the smaller side and the finishing a little bit dated. Otherwise pretty much functional and suitable for a one night stay. there was plenty of parking. ”

“I wanted to leave a positive review as I felt the manager genuinely tries their best. There's a total lack of privacy between the bedroom and bathroom. You would want to be in a very confident and comfortable partnership to share this room. There's literally NO privacy at all. The bed is only a double which is a let down, especially with the $400 a night price tag. Breakfast is off site but quire good. ”

“We stayed one night at Waves Motel and overall had a comfortable stay. The lady at reception was very polite and kindly accommodated our request for a ground-floor room, which we really appreciated. For a motel, the room was surprisingly well equipped, with cutlery and dishes available, making it more convenient than expected. There were also many streaming services provided on the TV, which was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evening. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, allowing...
