Normanville has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township of Normanville is nestled between the hills and the pristine dunes. The beach is strikingly clean, with clear water and fine white sand making it a very popular beach for families.

Facilities: Two dwellings, open plan kitchen, dining and living, induction cooking, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso Coffee machine, multiple flat-screen TVs, free Wifi, 6 burner bbq, laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer.
Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle split system to both living areas, evaporative cooling to main house bedrooms, combustion wood heater & ceiling fans.
