“I've stayed here three times and have always had a stylish and comfortable room. The location is excellent; close to Exeter St. David's train station and to the City Centre”

“The Berberry is a great place to stay, just 10 minutes walk from the station or the seafront, and offers a very comfortable bed with a great breakfast to set you up for the day ahead!!! We were warmly welcomed, and the information Steve shared about local restaurants helped us to find some delicious seafood even on a bank holiday weekend!! “We had lovely time staying at the Cleveland Hotel. The room was excellent and the staff was very helpful.”

“Jo & Martin are very welcoming, helpful and exchange places to go and things to do around the local areas. The breakfast were amazing and a good choice of things to eat. Nothing was to much trouble. Helpful with parking too . Couldn’t get on the web site so phone and Jo sorted it out for me.”

“Nice clean room, comfortable and very helpful staff. Good breakfast choice.”

The owner-hosts were very helpful & genuinely friendly without being imposing. Only one minor criticism of the room in that I found one of my pillows was flat & the other like having my head on a rock. However, my wife’s were fine, so that made everything alright as she told me to stop moaning😉 Our thanks to the owner Peter for the recommendation for the best fish...
