“The sliding door to the back bedroom was broken and did not lock. when discussed with management it was not completely or securely fixed. There were constant hot water shortages. Not all cycles on the washing machine worked. The single bedroom with the two single beds requires a mould review as the air conditioner needs a full mould clean as does the room. “Das Zimmer war sauber. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, in der Küche. Alle drei Lampen in der Küche waren defekt. Prüft das keiner? Die Klobrille war defekt. Muss man doch beim reinigen sehen. Vieles im Apartment ist schon sehr alt. Sauber war es aber es sollte mal renoviert werden. Wlan war gut.”

“Its a great park withe nice amenities, Also so close to the beach and very peaceful. The issue we had was that we had a cabin that is old but a good design, however the cleaners need to be sacked! There is an unbelievable amount of thick heavy dust everywhere in the cabin and the floors also need a proper clean”

“The staff were friendly and explained how to locate the room. Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable, I had a great nights sleep. There was ample space to park a 4x4 vehicle directly outside the room. Had dinner at the on site restaurant, service was excellent and there was a good selection of meals to choose. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Our room was pretty average, the bathroom has no fan, shower door did not close well so water was liking to the floor and making a mess. Housekeeping limited to making beds not cleaning or disposing of rubbish. The wifi password was not updated and the TV control remote did not work so we had to contact the manager who was very quick and helpful. ”
