We enjoyed our standard twin rooms.
Pros:
Fresh light decor
Ambient lighting
Spacious
Coffee/tea making facility
Very good pillows
Breakfast simple but well made
Attractive dining room, soothing atmosphere with light decor and lovely lighting, glass from ceiling to floor, looking out to terrace with potted plants, trees and flowers
Cons:
We had to change one of them because of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but this was dealt with quickly by the courteous staff.
More choice and fresh fruit at breakfast would be welcome.
I’ve stayed at many hotels for work and leisure, and this is a very good one which I’d choose again, but I’d say it’s quite expensive for what it is - I suspect these prices reflect the lack of competition in the local area, which by the way is quite affluent and residential.
