The hotel staff are some of the best I've ever encountered—extremely helpful and attentive. Special mention to Amy, who assisted us every day with any issue. I would recommend this place to anyone.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Villa Conte! The villa was clean and comfortable, plus top notch amenities were provided. The owners were so sweet and attentive to making sure our stay was perfect. The nearby beach was gorgeous, and food was fantastic at the resort just down the road. We loved the private pool each afternoon and evening. It was the best spot for our Miyako stay! Highly recommend! ”

She made sure that every need that we had was attended to, whether it be restaurant reservations, transportation, booking a boat, booking our nightly massages….we felt that she bent over backwards for us. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts around the world and The Shigira ranks up as one of the best experiences that we have had.”

“I actually felt a bit let down based on The other reviews. Maybe during because of breach of language, we felt the front desk was not too helpful during our stay. We needed more than one pillow and they said no, wanted to rent a helmet for bikes and the answer was no. So we felt disappointed. ”

“近場に買い物できるところがないので、不満と言えばそれだけ。 とにかく施設自体には文句ナシ！ キレイで広くてアメニティも豊富。 サウナ、ジャグジー、プールもあり、遊ぶのに時間が足りないほど。 お年頃の娘達はReFaの製品に感動してました。 BBQがしたくて急遽お願いした時も対応してもらえてありがたかったです。 また宮古島に来たら絶対泊まりたい。 1番良かったのは乾燥付きの洗濯機があったこと。前泊したところは洗濯機はあっても乾燥機はなかった。洗濯物がすっきり乾いて幸せでした。”

“オーシャンビュー、ビーチへのアクセスは抜群でした。そのまま屋上のプールにも行けます。空港も目視で堪能できて、時刻表に合わせてビーチとプールで楽しみました。 売店も、ちょっとした食べ物もあり小腹を満たすのにぴったりです。 ランドリーは少し残念でした。現金のみなこと、カスタムができないため、脱水が足りず乾くのにかなりの時間が掛かりました。 カメラでチェックされているのか、稼働終了後直ぐに回収されているのは、気持ちの良いものでした。”
