It’s inside a huge building with 6 or more hotels (that honestly looked way better than this one) The lobby is really small and weird, the breakfast is really bad and the room doesn’t make a lot of sense. “Environment was clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and refilled regularly. 5 sets of washers and dryers, they were properly cleaned and maintained. Not easy to be reached by public transportation, WIFI were not working at all for our 2 rooms, even our 5 cell phones were having data plans with local mobiles and roaming with China Mobile.”

“This is an amazing magnificent beautiful hotel. You can see the five-star hotel's dedication to promoting Tibetan culture. Tibetan culture is vast and profound. On the first floor, there were many Buddha statues that I didn't have time to fully admire. All staff are wonderful and welcomed me with most polite manners. I felt very satisfied.
