Brand-new Mitsubishi mini split for central AC and heat. Beautiful views of Skipper Bay on Barn Point. Short walk to Short Sands Beach and to Cape Neddick Beach. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Comfortable Lazy-Boy furniture in the living room. Hang out in the bright and comfy front porch or cook out in the back yard. Enjoy dinner on the spacious back deck. Relax by the gas fire pit in the evening in new polywood Adirondack chairs. Attention has been paid to every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for the week. The house was even cuter than pictured, in a great location, and had wonderful outdoor spaces. There were the many amenities as listed, as well as additional surprises and toiletries that made the stay even more comfortable. We would stay here again next time we come to York.

Stayed with my family of 4 (me, wife, two boys under 6) and it was a great space. Very clean, enough room for relaxing and play. Had 20ish total people inside and outside for dinner twice in the week and it was not cramped at all with the front porch, inside, and backyard space. We took advantage of the washer and dryer every day as well as the bikes and lawn games. I will likely stay here again :) 10/10
