Lovely apartment, so close to York Minster and York central, but really quiet at night. Jamal was really helpful with check-in. Definitely will stay again.

Lovely, modern apartment - we were very happy. Convenient location, walking distance to train and heart of city. Quiet. The parking stall was an excellent bonus. Family of 2 adults, 2 teens.

Very nice and convenient flat for centre of York. Just 5 mins walk. EV charger is actually in a nearby car park so for a large charge you’d need to leave it overnight or pay parking . I used the charger on North Street which was v fast 350kw and cheaper than elsewhere. Flat could get a bit hot on hot days but fans are provided.

The flat is spacious and close proximity to town. Attention to détail needed in restocking,empty soap dispenser and previously used shampoo bottles, only half a toilet roll, one towel each,pair of men’s underwear found in bedroom. Bedroom needs blackout blinds as awake at 4.30 a.m due to sun.

Fabulous Apartment great location

York is my fav city and it was my friends 60th Birthday we all had a fabulous time. It has great everything we had a fab breakfast in the Ivy lush.

Top location!

Excellent location, walking distance to all the main attractions in York. Apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. Would definitely stay there again!

Great little apartment

Excellent location approx 10 min walk to Shambles and attractions. Apart from the single beds squeaking every time you moved was a lovely little apartment to enjoy a weekend away with friends, ideal with the garage parking. Would recommend and we would stay again if in York.

Nice flat, great view and location, convenient parking. Only drawback is the communal door between the flat and lift wouldn't open, so we had to use 3 flights of stairs to go through the garage every time.

This property was great for our family's short stay in York. Communications were clear and prompt. The location was perfect for us with transportation and all the sites we wanted to visit within walking distance. The flat had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Excellent location. Very close to the Cathedral. Walking distance to almost all the major attractions. Shopping and dining options close by. Jamal very cooperative and helpful. Entire apartment clean and well furnished.

Perfect location for us on our stay in York. Apartment had everything we needed, two bathrooms worked well with the kids and a cosy kitchen/living area. I didn’t receive info for check in prior, so it was a bit of hassle tracking down their number, but once in touch they were very helpful, polite and accomodating. Thank you for hosting us.

Very conveniently located metres from the north gate of the city. 10 minutes walk to the Shambles and overlooks the Minster. Apartment was roomy for 4 with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms

Best kept secret in York?

I have been to York many times and stayed in many great places around the city but this beats them all. An easy 3 minute walk to Yorkminster, a Sainsbury's out front and The Bootham Tavern pub across the street. The pictures included in the listing are 100% accurate. The flat itself is roomy, well appointed and has all the amenities one expects (more, actually). It was quiet, comfortable and extremely clean. And having a parking spot in the lower level garage was a bonus. On my next trip, this will definitely be my first choice. Just one thing to be aware of; our communication with Jamal regarding check-in was done by a phone call and text once we were a half hour from checking in. Only one of our three U.S. based phones had UK voice service so this was not a problem. If you will not have a phone capable of texting and making calls then you may want to let them know ahead of time. I'm sure they have a workaround as they seem to have thought of everything! Again, this flat was superb and made our trip even more enjoyable. I cannot think of a single thing that could use improvement.

La ubicación es muy buena, estas a pocas cuadras de todos los puntos turísticos de York. El departamento es muy espacioso y que tenga dos baños es buenísimo. Sin embargo tiene problemas de limpieza. Toda el area de la cocina y el living estaban bastante sucias. También había un problema de polillas, por lo que llamar a un fumigador no seria una mala idea. El wifi es decente. Tiene una extraña decoración pero supongo que eso es cuestión de gustos. La relación precio calidad es mala así que no creo que vuelva.
