“The place was small but highly effective to stay. Great little kitchen full of utensils, table to eat, light and air via windows, the bed was comfortable and so were the chairs. The bathroom had two sinks and a roomy shower. Parking was ample and location close to things. And if you have friends in the area, great place to invite over for a meal or to hang in the clubhouse for a game of billiards or a swim. Would definitely stay here again. “Great off season visit! Clean, cute decor, and cozy. Comfortable sleeping accommodations for adults and little ones. Great kitchen amenities for a home base. Great location to get around Wells and Southern Maine. ”

“Very nice unit on the 4th floor. Parking was easy and convenient. The beach is right across the street but for this area you do have to wait for low tide as the water comes up too far. However plenty of other beaches are just a short drive away. We just planned our beach visit around the tides and enjoyed finding large shells and conchs! Hosts were great and very accommodating. ”

“It is a well manicured and themed home with the right upgrades and amenities. It kept my family happy and a teen busy. It was a great experience and we will rent here again. ”

“Had a great time with the wife. The bedroom and bathroom were much bigger than expected. Sitting area and fireplace. And the outside igloo was amazing too. Some of the coldest weather and with the heater and a blanket we were comfortable enough to sit in there for a few hours at night and the next morning. ”
