  • Layerthorpe House is a luxurious 3-bedroom house located on the outskirts of York city center.
    The house contains a generous living space downstairs with Living room and separate dining room to seat all guests comfortably.
    Kitchen is equipped with as hob, oven, microwave. It also contains a fridge/ freezer and washing machine. The perfect space to relax after a day exploring the city.

    Upstairs you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms.
    Two of the bedrooms contains a Super King size bed which can be split into singles.
    The 3rd Bedroom is a double size.
    A travel cot and highchair are also provided.
    The bathroom contains a full-size bath shower. The house provides off-road parking with space for up to 3 vehicles and a rear garden perfect for outside dining in the summer.

    The property is located a 10 minute walk away from the famous City Walls and only a 15 minute walk from the heart of the ancient city. Regular buses also stop nearby, including the Coastliner (that runs both to the coast and Leeds city center). There is also small Asda supermarket close by and a larger Morrisons supermarket just a short drive away. It is the perfect property for visiting with family and friends alike.

Great accommodation!

Great accomodation, in a decent location. It is as far enough out of the centre that it was nice and quiet but within easy walking distance to get into the centre of town. The place was clean and the hottub was a great asset for clearing hangovers. Rooms were comfy and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We were so impressed with this property!

This house was stunning, absolutely perfect for what we needed. The hot tub was the perfect addition to our stay. We absolutely loved the whole weekend here, it was perfect location for walking to York too! We will be back!

Lovely house

Lovely house and we particularly loved the hot tub. The location is excellent with a lovely coffee shop 5 minutes walk plus an Asda and other amenities, and the York city walls a 10 minute walk. Absolutely perfect.

Wow, this house was amazing. Had everything we needed. Private hot tub area, lovely interior, dining room was great, beds were comfy, check in instructions were really simple and useful and offering a flexible check in time was a rarity.

Hot Tub was great

Had a great trip to York and thought this property was great. The hot tub was clean and was ready for us to use on check in. Just outside the centre only a 15 minute walk into town . Beds were really comfy and it had everything we needed for a good stay
