Mucho deteriodo en la habitación y insectos andando en el baño las sabanas estaban sucias de moco la habitación olia muy mal a cigarrillo y se suponía que no se se fumaba ahi en conclusión muy mal no lo recomiendo.

Upon arriving there was human feces on the lobby floor. When I went to look at the room there was a roach on the bed. No mini fridge in the room, no microwave in the room. Also there was no shampoo or conditioner only a small bar of soap. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this establishment. I asked for a full refund for my reservation which they agreed to and I'm waiting to receive.

All around good place to stay. Called front desk for more washcloths but was told they couldnt provide more until the morning because housekeeping was not available. I had stayed with my fiance and 2 children which meant i needed 4 washcloths the room only had 2.

They gave us a really dirty room and non smoking room and they gave is a room dirty and smells lime weed and cigarettes. We asked to change the room and she started yelling that she cant and we asked to change the sheets and she refuses too. We had to leave

This was one of the most profound this was one of the most profound aggravating and considerate stays I've had at any motel ,,. The staff was very unprofessional they refused to honor a reservation that was made by the third party because they wanted me to book directly with them they absolutely Refused to honor the booking saying they didn't see the reservation I'm the system when infact it was there,,. However I did show them the email confirmation on my phone ,. That contained an itinerary number and a confirmation number name the time the booking was made and it was legitimate booking through Expedia this property was horribly. Unprofessional in the two staff members at the front desk looked at visibly intoxicated very jittery dilated pupils and unfocused I would not recommend this property to anyone ...

I drove 7 hours for my childs sporting event and I booked a room here. This place was absolutely filthy. There was crusty food on top of the microwave, there was urine all over the back of the toilet and on the floor around it, the bath tub was dirty, there were little holes in the floor around the baseboards. and when I went down to the office to say something the man working that evening gave me the option to switch to a different room or I could be refunded and leave. I asked to see the other room because I really didn't feel like driving even more with a cranky hungry child at 8pm to find somewhere to stay in an unfamiliar city. The new room offered had dead bugs in the tub and on the beds, along with being just generally dirty. I told the man that room wouldn't work, but if he had cleaning supplies I'd clean the room I was already in and just stay but I'd like at least a partial refund, he was kind got the supplies and said talk to the manager in the morning. All night long the toilet was running off and on, wouldn't flush correctly in the morning, I went down at 8:30 am with my new complaint about the plumbing and the earlier events, manager wasn't there. 10:20 on my way out she finally came in, and was very rude and had no empathy at all. She refused to refund me, because it was my choice to stay and when I explained everywhere else is booked because there's several large events going on she stated that I could have stayed an hour away somewhere else.
