Super clean and comfortable, all our needs were amply met. Location is really convenient and walkable to all (the university, Zingermans, downtown, the Huron River walk and kayaking). Kathy was a pleasure to work with and very clear in her communication. High recommendation from me and my whole group.”

“Nice place to stay. Very clean, nicely appointed space, comfortable bed, with nice touches such as Keurig coffee, some food staples included. Hosts very communicative and responsive. Stay was over two separate weekends. Conveniently located near highway. One note - Was traveling with a mid-size plus small dog who are used to walking in addition to a fenced yard. Several large dogs are in the neighborhood with one loose that came onto property when we were out walking.”

“There was a lot to like about this rental, it was new and clean. The kitchen seemed adequate (we didn’t cook so I can’t comment further) and the complimentary coffee was appreciated. Nice bathroom with a good shower, the robes were a nice touch. Now the bad: the bed. While it had good bedding it had a divot in the middle, turns out the middle frame support was screwy. Finally there was the NOISE. Besides the train screaming past multiple times, the unit is directly over a bar, and loud music...

“Communication with the management company is the best. The apartment has an excellent location--Kerrytown, Main Street shopping and restaurants and campus are all less than 1/2 mile walks. Note that the property is across the street from the Blind Pig (music venue) and if you go to sleep before 1AM on the weekend, bring a white noise machine or app. Very nicely appointed. Shades and baseboards could use dusting, but generally quite clean. Enormous windows on a corner unit provide lots of light...
