Garden Clara, is located just 1 minute from the Fairgrounds, the house is an Oasis, if you would like to have a totally private Spa this is it, as well as the pool and parking area, it is located near the center and close to shops and highway 99, and 70 Marysville has a very impressive pool and an extraordinary patio, in front and back that you can enjoy furniture, make your favorite barbecue, you can enjoy with your family, a totally private parking for 4 cars, which 2 of the cars can park inside the property, if you travel with an RV this would be the perfect parking and the river is only 3 minutes away, you will also find nearby, restaurants, banks, gas target, and fast food, your pets are also accepted in the times from November to March which the property is completely closed and your pets will be safe. Come and enjoy this charming, private "Oasis" just for you and your companions.

A great property and the pool area is the best part of hanging out there. We used this as a stay after a concert at Wheatland Arena. Wanted to have late night wine by the pool- allThe lights didn’t come on, couldn’t figure out any switches. Wanted to light the “fire pits” but no gas, and no directions. We had to figure it all out by following gas lines to empty tanks. This could be super excellent with better ambiance by the pool for after dark. Great location for the venue- it is on a busy street but wasn’t a bother for us. Didn’t note any road noise. Bring your own matches- nothing to light candles with inside the house.

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. We didn't lack anything while here. The neighborhood is mostly commercial, but we never felt uncomfortable when in the front. The backyard is an oasis, so stunning and peaceful with so many places to sit or lounge. The host was always available for questions and even checked in with us via text to make sure everything was okay. It was a wonderful week that we wont soon forget.

The pictures do not do it justice! The house is nice. Very well decorated and freshly painted. Blooming flowers everywhere! I rented ot for the pool but the house totally suprised me. The pool are? Ohh my. Absolutely beautiful. I only get to see my grandkids once or twice a year, i flew in was so pleased when i arrived ! Very private ! 5 stars and then some !

Urban Gem

The home was well appointed, had everything I needed in the kitchen and elsewhere. The house is immaculate. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and always available. The pool is amazing as is the large patio space. I plan to stay again.

Comfortable home

The home was comfortable, well appointed, well supplied. The owner was very nice and helpful The area, unfortunately, was a bit disconcerting the time I was alone before my family arrived. There was also a neighborhood dog that barked most of the night. Running the fan helped.

Great property

It is a cute house that is very clean and well kept. Perfect for all we needed it for was a place to sleep. The only complaint I have is that I asked the host if we could get into it one hour early and she said she would message me if it could happen and never did. We ended up having to change are cloths at the venue of the dinner we were in town attending and then only were in the house from 12am-9am. All beds are comfy and clean.

Home away from home

We love the house , the pool was perfect for the weather . Clean, enough towels . The only Thing we didn’t like is a very busy street all day and night. But we will definitely come back again .

Great outside space!!!

The overall property wasn't in the most desirable part of the city, but it was easy to get to with ample parking. There is a very large, private, well kept, outdoor space that makes you think you're at a private resort. The pool was magnificent! The house was cute and accommodating for the 8 of us.

The house is very cozy and comfortable and clean. The pool is nice and relaxing. The house is on a busy street but it sits back from the road so you don’t here the street noise. The owner is quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when in the area.

Great find in Yuba City

The property was immaculate and large enough for an entire family. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive when we inadvertently locked ourselves out. A huge thank you to the cleaning person who came and let us in. If we are ever in the Yuba City again, I will certainly stay in this property again!
