“Pros: The home is in a great location. Easy to get to restaurants, the boardwalk, etc. House was clean. Semi-private backyard/pool. Hot tub was clean. Cons: The house came with 3 bath towels. 2 wash clothes. No coffee mugs!!!! Luckily we found 3 styrofoam coffee cups in a cupboard to use. Outdoor furniture was falling apart and ripped. ”

“The place is very cute with gorgeous views from the front yard especially. Close to everything. Kitchen and living was very open and large for our group of 9. Jeremy the host was always very quick to respond to any questions I had.”

“The host Sandro was easy to work with and kept open communication with quick responses.The home was just awesome and felt welcoming as soon as you entered. Very spacious and clean inside and out. Spent the evenings out back on the patio and in the fireplace area that was on higher ground and steps away. Loved the back yard layout and the pets really enjoyed exploring. Really nice neighborhood that was nice and quite without traffic noise. We will definitely return for a longer stay. Thanks for...

“Loved the location and the size. Very comfortable! I would recommend. Felicia very easy to work with. Had to go out and buy soap as was not part of the toiletries or had just run out perhaps. Outside was not as dog friendly as we thought, openings and small wall and no back yard per se, but very easy to walk them around the neighborhood where those we ran into were very friendly. Small table and chairs would have been nice for games but we brought stools in from the patio and made the counter...

“Clean unit, owner communicates well, really liked the modern finish, it’s has everything you might need for an overnight stay or a month. I will definitely stay her for work and pleasure each month when I’m in Kingman. Shhh don’t tell too many people how great it is or it will never be available…:)”

“the beds weren't the best. pots and pans could have been better.Would have liked to have had a coffee pot instead of a kerig. Dishes in the cabinet were dirty.Dishwasher didn't seem to work very well.We had to wash everything by hand. There was avocados and food left in the cabinet.”

“La casa es un espectáculo! Tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en tu casa. La limpieza de 10 y el equipamiento de la casa también! Encendimos la barbacoa por la noche y tiene todo lo necesario para usarla. Somos una familia de 6 con niños de 17 años en adelante. La entrada y localización de la casa fue perfecta. Tiene lavadora y secadora para hacer la colada así como detergente para poder usarla. En resumen todo 10”
