Pool Heat: Spa heat is included in your reservation but if you'd like to have the pool heated, please notify us in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge of $225/day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. For one night stays who'd like to add pool heating, you would be charged for 1.5 days, to cover the extra propane for start up.

Roads: Paved until the final short stretch, which is dirt/sand but accessible to all vehicles.

Wildlife: You may spot rabbits, roadrunners, lizards, and coyotes. The desert is peaceful but alive with nature, please keep doors closed and food sealed.

Pet Friendly: Two well-behaved dogs allowed ($125 fee). No pets on furniture or left unattended.
