Let me start off by saying the property is huge. Plenty of space for different activities. The house was spacious and decorated beautifully. Each room had a different theme all very cute. The inside of the house was definitely a 10/10 The location of the house is also in a great area close proximity to food, shopping, etc..Cons- Although the outside is very spacious, a lot of the outdoor amenities were not working. I made sure to reached out to the owner prior to our visit to make sure everything was in working order and she assured me that it was. The fire pit outside was not working. The hot tub did turn on, but did not stay on long enough to heat up. We were unable to use the hot tub. Although we did not use the pool. It was only halfway full. The big beautiful Teepee shown in the pictures and descriptions was nonexistent that was upsetting because my daughters were really looking forward to hanging out inside also one of the reasons I chose this location. My suggestion for the future would just be to update outside photos. I give the outside 4/10
