The only small complaint I have is that they promised mountain or lake views from the room, and because of the location of the hotel, that is not possible. We were overall very satisfied.”

“The hotel itself is nice, over a large area, With a cold and hot pool, and grounds to walk through. Our family room was big and clean. However, the stairs to get from the parents's bed to the children's loft were uncomfortable and a bit scary to climb down. The staff did their best to help but since none spoke English, we could ask for practically nothing. ”

“適逢中秋節遠離吵雜環境，在渡假村的游泳池畔烤肉賞月、游泳、spa，可以很輕鬆自在慢活。但是讓我覺得很難接受的是園區中央竟然有露天卡拉OK，在這樣的環境裡面，造成不顧別人耳朵清靜而一個接一個破聲吶喊著，實在是非常非常非常的扣分，非常大的敗筆，台灣很要不得的露天卡拉OK文化，是讓我唯一考慮會不會下次再來入住的最大考量。”
