    This location was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and 2 kids stay and there was lots of room. The pool and game room make this a great place to stay.

    Host was great. Home was ok.. here are a few things :Kitchen faucet is falling off Bathroom by laundry room -the toilet paper holder (right side) falls off the cabinet when you replace the toilet paper. Also there is not a blow dryer under the cabinet that is marked blow dryer. BBQ was out of propane, ignition doesn’t work and first knob spins all the way around. There is mold in the master bath shower. Just a suggestion, garbage cans would be nice in each bedroom.

    The house was nice and clean when we checked in, plenty of sleeping room for our group, nice neighborhood. Near a Walmart and easy access to all the things we did in the area.

    Yuma Geocaching Event

    Clean, comfortable and well furnished. Well equipped kitchen and lots of extra recreational amenities. Nice quiet neighborhood. We didn't use the pool or patio BBQ, etc. but the pool looked clean and well maintained. We would definitely book this again.

    Our stay was excellent! Cleanest home rental we've ever stayed in. We had an issue with one of the showers not draining properly but the owner had someone out within the hour to fix it.

    Great spot

    All around clean and roomy house. We are a family of seven and fit comfortably. I was contacted by the owner before even arriving and he responded quickly and was easy to reach by text/phone.

    Great home to stay in when visiting family in Yuma

    Overall it’s a great house. It has everything you need and a lot of space if you have a big family. The only downside was the beds. They aren’t as comfortable as we would have liked but were good enough.

    Great Home For Family!

    We really enjoyed this home with our college age grandchildren. The nice open floor plan allowed for everyone to interact while playing pool, watching football on the large screen TV and cooking/barbecuing. It was perfect, it had everything we needed and more. The home is located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping are just a short drive away. Steve, the owner, was great to work with making our stay a very enjoyable experience. Thanks!

    Our stay was good with a few minor suggestions such as master bedroom bed needing to be addressed. It was noisy when you moved and the frame might need to be replaced. We were fine with it.

    A must to rent!

    Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Details of the property were right on. Great looking property and so spacious. Everything was made so simple - from checking in to the super easy rules to follow. I even had a couple of interactions with Steve by email and he was super awesome and responded very quickly! I have been to several rentals but honestly this has been the best rental experience we have had. You definitely want to rent this place!

    House was safe and secure, good location. Minor repairs required. Maybe a heads up when pool and lawn maintenance workers show up instead of them just walking into the backward unexpected.

    The house is in a great neighborhood. Close to grocery stores and recreation sites. I was worried about the beds, because of other reviews, they comfortable but wobbly. There was dust bunnies under the beds. And if you want the swimming pool to be heated, be aware that it costs extra and you need to let them know ahead of time. We had to purcha can opener for the kitchen. Overall the kitchen was well stocked. The spice cabinet was dirty, so I cleaned it up and threw out all the empty bottles. We would stay here again. the empty bottles.

    Yuma Family Reunion

    The house was in a nice neighborhood. The cleaning was sub-par. Had to re-wash the dinnerware. There were crumbs in the kitchen drawers and a live cockroach in the dish washer. The carpet in the master bedroom should be replaced. The bed frames were steel tubing and when you moved around at night they sometimes banged. The beds were not very comfortable. Liked the nicknacks and wall hangings.

    Roomy house with pool

    Generally a good stay. Mattresses very comfy. Location was great for us. Pool table, foose ball and ping pong were great additions but outdoor pool was not heated (broken heat pump) nor was it cleaned but the pool guy came while we were there and cleaned it. Place needed cleaning. Inside of fridge and freezer, BBQ, windows. Couldn’t find any cleaning products or rags. Only one tea towel and only one dishcloth. The owner however was very attentive and I just think he needs to hold his cleaning company accountable. Would stay here again with clear prior communication.

    Yuma house

    The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was great. Was disappointed that pool was not heated and dirty, wasn't told people would be popping in. The dryer leaked gas fumes so we couldn't do laundry nor had enough towels. We put the temp of house wear the visitor book stated but wouldn't stay past 64-68 and with cold weather and all ceramic flooring it got chilly. The one window looked like it was tampered with (corner popped off and pulled). But the house was nicely labeled and landscaped very pretty. Great layout of house ,very spacious.
