Very comfortable

Very comfortable and spacious. Very positive atmosphere. Everything so well organized. Has everything if you want to cook your own meals. We enjoyed just sitting in the evenings there watching movies with my stepson who lives in Yuma.

Leaks

I did not like area, hard to get in touch with the owner, did not get the house code until a couple hours before check in, and I had to call, house was not ready on the time we were to get it, roof leaked in the master bedroom, 2nd bath was broke.

Meet our needs

We booked this property basically as a place to sleep. We were visiting family and spent our days at their house. We only came to the house at night. I booked this place because it was close to my dads house and on the lower end for cost. The house was clean and the king bed was comfortable. The house seems like it is in need of some general maintenance and upkeep. If we had been staying there for more than just to sleep I would have been disappointed by; projector tv bulb was burnt, lighting throughout the house was poor and all the ceiling fan light combos had to use the wall switch and pull strings, 1 of the double vanity faucets didn't have water, blinds laying on the floor near windows, no hand towel or wash cloths, and the neighbor had junk piled around their house which overflowed the rentals yard. What the kids appreciated at the property was the foosball table, dart board, guitar and the little kids play room. There was also a lot of games and cards. The contact was quick to respond to my text and easily adjusted the thermostat for us. Overall it meet our needs and the contact was easy to communicate with.

Small problem but handled well

This is a great property. Had a bit of a problem with the code for the door but come to find out the problem was me. LOL But the Owner worked well with me and didn't make me feel like a complete fool. She was understanding and professional. This is my preferred location in Yuma going forward! Thank you so much.

They need to do some of the thermostat it has a program in about three in the morning it goes up to

It was all good except the thermostat problem the house would heat up to like 76 for about three in the morning till 10 because they have a lock so you can adjust the temperature

Left a day early

We left a day early even though it was paid for. Between the massive amount of ants, the locked thermostat (Yuma in the summer is 110 degree brutal) and the horrible beds we just wanted to go home.

Not the best...

We left a day early because between the uncomfortable beds, lock on the air conditioner and the abundance of ants, we really just wanted to go home.

Good but

The property was nice but it just needed to be cleaned up a bit. There were chicken bones and cigarette butts all over the backyard. There was only a small broom provided for sweeping and the vacuum didn't work. I am a pretty clean person but I wasn't able to do much more then sweep.

Concussions And Bruises...No Broom = Charges For Crumbs

The place itself was okay, trash through out the backyard was our only disappointment upon arrival. Communication with the property was even okay until things got serious. Be warned that the decor throughout the house is held up with thumbtacks and when you email EVOLVE about injuries that were incurred, they do not respond. The heavy wood box shelves that were filled with heavy metal and glass decor fell of the wall repeatedly and hurt me and then the kids. Best was the heavy metal glass heart mirrors that come to a point and hang directly over the toddlers head while sleeping, they also were held up by thumbtacks and repeatedly fell. Frames in the kitchen area also fell and broke a small plant...which was not covered in the damage waiver. Also, the vacuum they provide doesn't work. It gathers and spits piles of crumbs. The property doesn't provide a broom. We message the management about this and nothing was done. So, we borrowed a vacuum and broom from a friend to clean the home and were still charged an excess cleaning fee partly for crumbs.

River Stay

My family and I stayed at this home for a weekend getaway to the river near by. It was clean and the owner was very responsive when questions arose. We are all coffee drinkers and unfortunately didn't realize ahead of time that this was not included in our stay. Make sure to bring your own K cups for the keurig style coffee maker that is available. The A/C worked great when it was kept at the temperature requested. The thermostat was locked and could only be changed by the owner/ property manager which was kind of a pain when staying in the heat of summer. At one point it got a little to cold so we tried to turn it up a few degrees and it jumped way up and locked itself on a higher setting leaving us sleeping in a warm house that night. unfortunately it was to late in the evening to contact someone to adjust it. With the exception of the few issues above the stay went very well for us and the house was great. Thanks Zen!

Good and Comfortable House

My family and I came to visit my oldest son who is stationed in Yuma. The Owner of the property, Zen is very kind, attentive, and accommodating...she was wonderful. The house was clean and instructions very straightforward and reasonable. She had a play room for Adults as well as for small children. It had the comforts of home!!:) My only suggestion would be to invest in quality beds and linens. All 5 of us had trouble getting a good nights rest on the mattresses in our bedrooms. This was the only downfall to our experience. I would stay again if this property had quality beds and linens.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood!! Well furnished and kept. Would stay here again!! Close to golf!!! Big plus!!
