“I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day...

“The room was very clean. We had a nice view of the Black Sea. Downside was that the shower drain was plugged. Didn't know how to contact anyone for help. Also didn't know where to find the entrance or office. It was around the back of the building. Nice lady there to help us find our room.”

“There was a problem with the type of the accommodation but finally when the manager involved we received the right type as per the booking. Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. Also it appeared that there is communication between the office and the person who is responsible for the check out procedure. The guy arrived at 9am even I said 3 times that I want to...

“From the very beginning we could tell the hotel was going to be terrible, we booked a pool view room and got a dank and dark ground floor room. We stayed five nights. We complained about the room on the second day because you could hear everyone else's septic waste running through our bathroom, very loudly.
