perfect view. incredible view. kind staff. (-) some chinese couple playing with their drones around my balcony for quiet a long time staying right infront of my balcony. Feel awful. came down to the reception to complain and I heard the complaining from other western people had a same drone experience. shame on you chinese!!!

The staff are very attentive, from welcoming you at the hotel door when you arrive and waving goodbye when you leave to the swift service at meal times, taking empty plates quickly & making sure your glass is kept full. Staff are very friendly and do their best to cater to your every need.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was amazing. Location was stunning. Breakfast was good, but went out for most dinners so could not judge dinner. Staff were very polite and attentive. 5 star experience. Would definitely come back!!!

Amazing hotel and service

Amazing hotel, with very modern facilities and great service! Beautiful views and surrounding area. Close to town to walk to good restaurants. Such a fun stay would highly recommend it!

Разместили быстро, номер приличный с балконом и видом на море. По вечерам немного шумно - доносились звуки выступлений артистов, к которым я равнодушен. Комнату убирали ежедневно качественно. Территория отеля небольшая, но есть зеленая зона с лежаками возле бассейна - там я и располагался. Пляжа, как такового нет. При выходу с территории прямо вход в воду - но вход удобный, песчаный. Рядом же на территории городского пляжа вход в воду каменистый - без обуви входить в воду некомфортно. Отмечу довольно однообразную и не очень вкусную еду (видно повар так себе). Выбор напитков ограничен - в основном налегал на местное вино и пиво. Подходит для отдыха с детьми, так как море мелкое.

Nice hotel needs a bit of tlc, good location no kettle in the rooms so if you are up before breakfast or awake after the bar closes you are unable to get a drink

Nice hotel adjacent to beech

Hotel consists of many separate blocks of accommodation. We were in main block on top floor with partial sea views. Room adequate with small balcony but perfectly ample for two guests. Food was very good especially the breakfasts with an excellent choice. Dinner was okay but desserts tended to be repetitive. Without exception the food was not hot enough and microwaves were provided to reheat it. Wine and beer were self service and help yourself too as much as you wanted. The staff without exception were excellent. Efficient and helpful with a smile. Couldn't fault them. Free WIFI available which was fine in the reception areas and patio area but was patchy in the bedrooms. Sometimes okay but usually not. Location was excellent. Literally right next to beach (which unfortunately was extremely narrow) and general shopping began just outside the hotel entrance. Main shopping in Tsivili was about 15 minutes walk away. However all shops were much of a muchness. Great mini golf course on road into the town. Recommended. Excellent bar staff in both pool and main bars with a great selection of free cocktails.

Shocking customer service!

On arrival we were informed that there was no room for us due to very recent flood damage because of rain. We had family already staying in the resort and they informed us there had been no rain since they had arrived - six days previously!?! The hotel also claimed that no one was checking out the following day. Yet on the following morning when I visited the hotel (to see friends we had travelled with and had intended to stay with) I witnessed at least 8 people check in!?! The hotel were quite happy to lie to my face twice!?! I am appalled that Expedia allows it's customers to be treated this way!

Great position with good views from pool area

Reception staff were really nice,and very helpful. Food was ok but they could have done better. I appreciate that they were dealing with different nationalities with the food but it did let the hotel down. Pool area by the hotel really nice and food/drink available all day.

No rooms

We got there as two couples only to be told there was one room only and they were moving to another hotel. This was due to water damage but we were told by guests there had been no rain! They moved but there were no rooms for us at their hotel and after many attempts were were moved to their hotel which was great

Hotel close to the beach and town facilities.

Stayed for one week on an all-inclusive package. Reception welcoming and friendly. On arrival lift not working, so had to carry bags up two floors, no help offered, could be a problem if your not able. Towels offered for beach but when we asked for them they had all gone. Had a little problem with Room offered but soon resolved and changed rooms the next day.. Hotel a little dated, entertainment nothing exciting (if you like Bingo, Quiz night, Karoke !) not my taste. Restaurant offers a good selection of foods for all, but more fresh fruit and vegetables would have been nice. Situated by the sea, garden area private but after you will have to pay for the sunbeds along the beach outside. Close to all amenities for shopping and visiting bars etc.

Good hotel on the beach

Nice hotel in a good location. Ideal for families with kids. Although food selection was good, we were expecting more of the local dishes. Big minus - no place to sit outside without inhaling smoke from the cigarettes, even a little eating area outside was full of smokers so no option to eat outside. Overall, would still recommend but wouldn't give more than 3 stars.

Nice hotel and close to the beach and town

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Food was good and always hot with staff refilling when low. Only downside was maybe can get a bit boring after 1 week. Beach just a few steps from the hotel. Nice and clean but you would need to pay for sunbeds. Went out most evenings as entertainment bit boring..overall would recommend hotel and location

Stayed here with my daughter and 6 yr old granddaughter August 2016 friendly helpful staff clean rooms good food entertainment could have been better location excellent close to shops and 15 mins to airport.

Very nice hotel, great and diverse food. Lovely pool area and beach. The all inclusive was wonderful, especially the food, beverages and ice cream at the bar in the pool area. Great experience! would love to come back.

Hotel for families

It was an all-inclusive hotel. Had a good variety of good throughout the day. I recommend this girl more for families and those who are just interested in staying in the local area, without much site seeing. The restaurant service was very good. I thought it was located in Tsilivi Beach, but actually a bit further. But walkable. The beach by the hotel had too many rocks. Better to walk towards Tsilivi.
