We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The housekeeping lady did an impeccable job and was incredibly kind, the bartender always served us with a smile and great friendliness, and the Asian waiter was exceptionally attentive, helpful, and charming. A special thank you as well to the manager, who made us feel truly valued. Thanks to such a warm-hearted team, our experience at the hotel will remain a truly beautiful memory.

Fantastisk service men ikke et 5 stjernet hotel. Vi blev taget virkelig godt imod af hotelchefen. Super sød og serviceminded. Hun hjalp os også med at leje en bil til hele ugen vi var der. Det der slog os ved ankomst var at reception og indgangsområdet var helt dødt. Lyset var ikke tændt og der var ingen liv af nogen art. Ingenting på bordene og ingen sjæl. Næsten som om hotellet var lukket. Vores værelse var stort og relativt nyt. Dejligt værelse med havudsigt som får vores varmeste anbefaling. Restauranten er det der virkelig trækker ned. Vi spiste her 2 gange. Og begge gange var voldsomt skuffende. De har fast menu hver dag så ingenting af vælge imellem. Begge dage var maden kold ved servering og der var hår i maden den ene aften. Morgenmaden er heller ikke tilfredsstillende. Pandekager lå bare på en kold tallerken. Iskolde. Udvalget var tyndt og ikke præsenteret på en særlig tiltalende måde. Poolområdet var super hyggeligt med lækker stor lun pool, masse oliventræer og dejlig ro. Kunne dog godt have unværet musik fra baren. MEN, terrassen var så slidt at man var bange for at falde igennem træet. Det gyngede når man gik på det. Det samme gælder solsengene. De var dejligt behagelige med tykke madrasser men ved at falde fra hinanden. Noget der virkelig er til den positive side er tjeneren i baren, Stamatis. Sjældent har vi oplevet bedre service end fra ham. Han var altid super opmærksom og behjælpelig. Min kone havde højt blodtryk og han kom med special lavet te til hende

We were very satisfied with our stay. The food was delicious, the cleanliness was excellent, and the room was very good. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a better room, which was a wonderful surprise. Overall, we can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

A luxury, relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings

We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were pleased to be offered an early check-in. All the staff - both at reception and in the bar/restaurant - were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our suite was clean, spacious, and modern, with a stunning view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection each morning. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, especially around the pool area, where we could unwind on sunbeds while drinks were brought to us. The hotel is set in a quiet location, about a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest shops, bars, and restaurants, down a scenic winding road. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return.

Presents like a 5 star hotel but delivered like a 3 star. Positives were rooms were very spacious and upgraded to a ground flr room with a great size plunge pool. Negatives- both managers lacked any type of customer service charm, no bell man to help with bags, cheap finishes from flooring to tiles to toilets which were always clogged or running. Weeds growing in the floorboards all around the pool, place is definitely put together and operated on a shoestring budget - not sure how they get away with a 5 star rating but fittingly one of the stars on the exterior of the hotel has already fallen off. Two tvs in the room but when you turn ine on the other turns on too, when you change the channel, the other tv changes too. Poorly designed and cheaply finished. Most of the staff are international and all seem scared of the harsh looking management. They charge for water bottles and tried to charge me for mini bar items that we didn’t even have in our mini bar to start. The saviour for this place is Stamatis the bartender who is the only friendly face you will see here. He is class and delivers true greek hospitality. All in all, for the size of the room and the upgrade to the great private plunge pool it was worth it, given that we are not hanging out at the hotel all day. Would be better for them to downgrade to a four star and over-deliver.

When we entered our room, our first impression was that it was very nice. But we soon found out that the toilet did not work. There was also no running water in the sink, and no cold water in the shower. The room had a whirlpool tub, which did have hot and cold running water. We were told that the whirlpool tub was on a separate water line, and that most likely all rooms on the same wing were facing the same problem with water to the bathrooms. We were also told there were no other rooms available, and that they would contact someone to take a look. After a couple of correspondences with hotel staff, we were told that someone would be there around 11:00 pm. In the meantime, we had to use the hotel basement restroom. Later in the evening we seen that the whirlpool tub had a spray bar, so we thought we could take showers in the tub. The knob to turn on the spray bar was broken so we couldn't use it. We ended up filling the tub with water to wash but noticed that a LARGE amount of chunky debris was coming out of the faucet. Not really sanitary in my opinion. It appears that there are serious issues with the plumbing at the hotel. Needless to say, the water problem and toilet were never fixed, so we asked the hotel for buckets. We filled them with water from the tub and poured them in the toilet to flush it. We also noticed peeling wallpaper in the room, weeds growing between the decking of the boardwalk around the pool, and an overall lack of maintenance.

The hotel is beautiful and the service is amazing! The hotel manager is extremely professional, attentive to guests and made our stay over the top. The suites are gorgeous. We will definitely come back.

What can i say Elegance will always be a special place for us! We spent our 25th anniversary there. We arrived earlier than planned,so called the hotel,hoping to be allowed to use the pool area. Arriving at the hotel,we received the warmest of welcomes ever & was told not only could we use the pool but our room was ready & been upgraded to a beautiful private suite! The room was outstanding. The cleaner had decorated the room for us with balloons & confetti & had its own private infinity pool!! Cleaning: The whole hotel was cleaned immaculately every day replenishing the bathroom products & towels. Bar staff & restaurant staff: Breakfast was buffet style & so much choice,you didnt know what to choose! By day they were so attentive with bringing bottles of water to the sunbeds & any drinks that you ordered. At night the evening meal you were treated like royalty. The food was amazing & beautifully presented. Reception staff: From the minute we arrived we felt like royalty,never received such a warm welcome anywhere before. They were always so helpful & attentive,booking taxis for us & giving us the best advice on where to go. Every single member of staff goes above & beyond,but a special mention has to go to Chrysa,the manager, a friend for life. Cannot thank her enough for all she did for us. She is always on the go,making sure every guest has the best experience as possible. They say the staff make a holiday special, but this really is the case here. Thanks to everyone xx

hotel war schöne und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten auch eine sehr schöne aussicht v.a sonnuntergang war einfach wunderschön. Leider ist es weit von der stadt

Amazing stay

One of the best hotels we stayed at. The staff is amazing especially Krissy who runs the hotel, she is very very caring of her customers. We got upgraded from the first day we got there which was very nice. When we got problem with the toilet they helped us right away and once again we got upgraded with a private pool room. As mentioned, the staff and especially Krissy was very caring of their customer. Overall a really nice hotel, pool area very calm and relaxing and the rooms are beautiful.

We were looked after like king and queen at Elegance. The food was amazing and generous portions, props to the chef for their culinary talent. Crissa welcomed us and upgraded our room free of charge and also gave us beautiful wine as a parting gift. Crissa thank you for your hospitality and warmth. The restaurant and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Cannot thank the staff enough and especially Stamatis who was always checking in on us and had our coffee order ready for us. Beautiful greek coffee. Thank you to the housekeeping team as well for providing high quality cleaning. The hotel is located in the beautiful area of tragaki and we were so glad to have booked as the views were amazing and its only a 12 min walk to the main road and close by to a beautiful coffee shop, supermarkets, beach and a bus stop. I definitely recommend the bus journey as the views are amazing. We miss you Elegance and Zakynthos.
