The villa spans 192 square metres and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four spacious double bedrooms, each paired with its own modern bathroom featuring walk-in showers and complimentary toiletries. At its heart lies a bright and airy living space that opens seamlessly onto the outdoor areas, where a private swimming pool, furnished terraces and a barbecue area invite long, relaxed days under the Greek sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances, from dishwasher and oven to coffee machine and washing machine, making the villa ideal for both short and extended stays. Air conditioning is provided throughout, and entertainment is well catered for with a flat-screen television and streaming services.



Villa Melyssaia enjoys a quiet neighbourhood atmosphere, far removed from the busy tourist resorts, yet remains just a short drive from Zakynthos Town, traditional tavernas, sandy beaches and the Zakynthos Marine National Park, famous for its Caretta-Caretta sea turtles. There is no on-site staff at the villa, ensuring complete privacy, though local support can be arranged if required. No additional mandatory services are charged during the stay; however, guests should note that in the event of damage to the property, a refundable damage deposit of up to €1,000 may be requested after check-out in line with the property’s damage policy. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, helping to maintain its pristine condition for all guests.
