“This place doesn't even feel real. Raw, untouched, pristine nature. The Chumbe Island team have done a wonderful job with the hotel. It's an incredible experience to go to this place. I was having second thoughts about our booking since the price was out of our usual travel budget. But we decided to give it a go and I'm so happy we did. “I felt very welcomed when I first arrived at Le Mersenne Autograph Hotel. All of the staff are very nice and welcoming. Also the general manager Michael walks around and introduces himself to all the guess. I only have two little complaints about the room. The sliding door screen was off track and had a hole in the screen and the drapes were dirty at the bottom. But besides that my stay there was very nice. ”

“se sitúa en una muy buena posición, un entorno tranquilo con bonito paisaje al mar. pero también está fácil de acercar a las playas de muchas actividades. las personas del hotel son muy amables, siempre intentaron ayudar en lo que puedan. el restaurante ofrece buenas comidas y buen servicios, buena limpieza. se podría mejorar la gestión de las actividades organizadas, hacer mejor control con sus proveedor de actividades. ”

“Everything great, as mirrored in my 5 star assessment. Only thing to improve on is the sound/noice level of day and evening entertainment, it is simply too loud. Had to leave the resort some evenings and stay at other places, when I was not in the mood for loud drumming or dancing entertainment. Not even in my room it was bearable to be. Simply half the volume of all these things please.”

“We are currently cycling around the world ( from Australia) The staff were wonderful and did an amazing job helping us to pack our bikes for our flight. A big shout out to Asha and Gift for everything! The rooms were quiet and beds comfy. A bit challenging to work out light switches though. The swimming pool was huge ! Just a quick mention that there’s no bar at the hotel so we got a taxi into stone town which wasn’t a problem for us. ”

“Hotel muy bueno, en primera línea con playa privada. El personal es atento y educado. Buffet desayuno muy completo y las cenas buffet son temáticas cada día. La habitación es correcta, podría modernizarse un poco y el WiFi funciona bien. Lo negativo son los Beach Boys que están llamandote aunque estés en la hamaca y te están encima queriendote vender tours y de todo desde que bajas las escaleras,resultan muy pesados. ”
