Chic Riverside Apartment -Terrace & Iconic Views

This spacious and beautifully decorated apartment is located in the heart of Zaragoza, just steps from the famous Plaza del Pilar. The apartment features two elegantly furnished bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace with stunning views of the Basílica del Pilar, making it ideal for up to 6 guests. Perfectly located near the river and emblematic attractions, it offers a tranquil and comfortable retreat in the center of the city.
We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only allowed for work, study, or health reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide a document proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be canceled and penalties may apply.
The two bedrooms each feature double beds, with one bedroom opening onto the terrace to enjoy the panoramic views of the Basílica del Pilar. The spacious living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a large sofa bed, armchair, and wide-screen TV. The dining area includes a large table, perfect for meals or work. The fully equipped kitchen provides modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker for your convenience.
Guests can enjoy all the comforts of home with Wi-Fi, heating, fresh linens, towels, shampoo, and shower gel. The private terrace with outdoor furniture is perfect for dining or relaxing while enjoying the city skyline. The apartment is in a central location; occasional noise from pedestrians or nearby businesses may be heard.
Distribution of places:

3. Full sofa bed.

The accommodation is equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
- Roll of kitchen paper

- Heating should not be set above 22°C
- Occasional outside noise due to central location
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.

Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
