The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, plus a sofa bed for two in the living area. There is one modern bathroom, and a spacious living-dining room connected to a fully equipped kitchen. A small balcony adds a touch of charm, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or some fresh air.

The apartment also has a decibel detector, in line with community rules.

The building has an elevator, but please note that you’ll need to use some stairs to reach the apartment.

The apartment is in Zaragoza’s Old Town, on a narrow, purely residential street characteristic of the historic center, with no shops or commercial activity.

Due to its central location and the surrounding area you can hear noise during your stay.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Please note that bringing pets into the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €150 penalty.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected. Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
