While many of Zaragoza's attractions are easily accessible on foot from the apartment, the city's efficient public transportation system offers convenient options for exploring further afield. The accommodation is located on the first floor. Although it is possible to take the elevator, the elevator leaves the property at the top of the building. So it is necessary to go down a flight of stairs to access.
Due to its magnificent and central location you may hear some noise during your stay.
There is no private parking, but you can park your car free of charge in the surroundings of the accommodation.
There is central air conditioning and heating by gas boiler. (It is not allowed to exceed 22ºC, as we consider this to be an optimum temperature).

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
