The modernized holiday apartment consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed. A cot can be set up in the larger bedroom. The smaller bedroom has a television.

The cozy eat-in kitchen with sanded floorboards features a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.), a dining area with a corner bench for six people, and a pull-out corner sofa (which can accommodate two additional guests in a pinch) with a coffee table and a view of the television. The eat-in kitchen is furnished in a modern and stylish style with warm colors. There is a modern shower room with a heated towel rail. Guests also have access to a garden, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue.
