Es importante decir que no tiene acceso directo a la calle y hay que subir una rampa grande , como íbamos con niños y carreolas fue un poco complicado

Not convinent, long steep walk way steps, to just get down to the service riad. The lights along the steps never on. Very dangerous walk back to the apartment at night.

Beautiful place to stay in Zermatt
Beautiful appartement with amazing view on the Matterhorn. We were a family of 8 staying in the 4 bedrooms penthouse. We loved our stay there and the wellness spa area was a lovely way to recover after a day of hiking. The only comment we have is about the kitchen supplies. If you want to cook a meal for 8 persons, there is very limited kitchen supplies. No scissors, no cutting board, no cheese grater, only 2 small cooking pans. We made a cheese fondue and there were only 6 cheese fondue forks. Luckily, we had friendly neighbors who landed us some extra forks :-)

車を降りた道路からホテルまで登り坂で、荷物の搬入が大変。ホテル側がボーターを用意してくれるとの約束が守られない。 ホテル側が駅までの専用車を用意してくれるとの約束の時間が守られない。 低層階の部屋からマッターホルンは見えない。 ホテルの受付がなく連絡するのが不自由。 ドイツ語や英語が話せない人は連絡が難しい。 It is difficult to bring in luggage from the road where you got off the car to the hotel on an uphill slope. The promise that the hotel will provide a boater is not kept. The promised time that the hotel will prepare a private car to the station is not kept. The Matterhorn cannot be seen from the rooms on the lower floors. There is no hotel reception and it is inconvenient to contact. It is difficult to contact people who do not speak German or English.

Anyway we are available 24 hours via phone. The arrival and departure is included. In your case we have even made an exception and picked you up two times for arrival and two times for departure. Apartment was good, but don't stay here unless you want to hike up and down every time you want to leave the apartment (town or skiing). And certainly don't leave anything behind. They will claim it is not there and you will get your items stolen. You have to walk up a very steep, long and narrow way to reach the building. This must be done every single time you want to go to town or skiing. You are able to ski back into the building if you are able to ski to Cervo, take skis off, walk about 100m, put your skis back on and go down a hill behind the building. It's a partial ski in but not a ski out. The apartment itself was nice, but I had a huge issue at checkout. I left behind a scarf, sunglasses and a medicine bag and the staff was very nonchalant about trying to find it. I know for an absolute fact that I left all items inside the closet in the primary room. They were on the 3rd shelf, right hand side. I called the apartments about 3hs after we checked out (before the new guests checked in), when I realized I had left them behind. They said they would check with housekeeping. They called me about 5 minutes later to say nothing was found. I asked them if they checked inside the closet and they said yes, it's standard procedure. I asked them to ask the new guests checking in if they found anything. They refused but said they would call me back (never did). I followed up for 3 straight days and was told "we're not playing the police here". Never got my items back.

Our house ladies as well as our receptionists have taken your matter very seriously and after all your calls tried to help you with your request. Also on your request whether we can ask the guests who have occupied the apartment after you, our staff responded. Of course, we as employees can not go into an apartment and search for Lost & Found Items when it is occupied by other guests again. This should surely be understandable to you. Perhaps our receptionist after your request in this regard answered incorrectly with "we are not the police".If you feel offended by this statement she would like to apologize for it very much and it was from here side not meant badly but maybe she were just surprised about your request. We have sent you a picture of a cosmetic bag and a scarf which we have found 1 week before your Lost & Found message where upon you said this would not be from you. I will send it now again to you in a different e-mail.We are saddened to hear that you do not trust our housekeepers. However, as the hotel management I can assure you that our housekeepers are very honest and any lost & found by our guests is handed in at the reception and reported.Your statement that you have not been called back is also not true. Our receptionist has assured on our request that she has called you back.The statement that things are stolen in our apartment we can not tolerate and accept. Especially not in this case where several employees were involved and did their best to find your things.Thank you for your attention and greetings from Zermatt.Dennis & Mareike Szelkowski

Great location, spacious and comfortable apartment
Except for the difficult physical access to the building and unclear communication about check in and check out processes the apartment was great. It would help if they highlight that the hotel will provide taxi from and to the train station. We did not know that until we checked in and could not use it for check out because of lack of response to our message.

Facility was fantastic. Very clean and sufficient for long stay. Only issue is access. If hotel side clearly gave a notice to communicate about the access there, it would have been much better since the last 100m was very tough to carry luggage and difficult to find the place only by Google map.

Excellent amenities. However The apartment is extremely difficult to find as it is hidden among several buildings and away from main roads and walkways. It was a kind local person who finally helped me to locate it. We spent 10 mins searching when the apartment was just 20 meters away.

広くて清潔なアパートメントです。マネージャーのエミリーはとても感じが良くて、いろいろ助けてくれました。タクシーの通れる道路から玄関までが、狭くて急な道で、スキーの板を抱えたり、買い物の荷物を持って歩くのは、大変でした。アクセスさえ良ければ、もっと良いのに。

Modern, spacious, well equipped, clean and comfort
Beautiful apartment with great view of the Matterhorn. Short distance from the hustle of the center of town but not too far. Beds were clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels and toiletries were provided. On the lowest floor was a wellness facility with steam room and dry room. This would be a dream place for skiing in winter.

flott och rymlig lägenhet med obekvämt läge.
fantastisk flott och rymlig lägenhet. det finns plats för både privat liv och socialt umgänge för 8 personer. Mycket fin spa anläggning. Läget är inte vad vi hade förväntat oss. Vi sökte ski in och ski out för att slippa bära skidutrustning och trodde att lägenheten låg placerad så men tyvärr stämde inte vår bild av omgivningen. Det var det en lång smal väg upptill huset från vägen som inte gick att varken åka skidor eller köra taxi på.

Tolles Appartement und für Familien sehr geeignet. Das Haus ist nicht mit dem Elektrohaus erreichbar, d.h. man muss die letzten 100m teilweise die Treppe nehmen. Ist aber kein Problem und fürs Gepäck hilft das Hotelpersonal gerne weiter.

In diesem Penthouse des Apartmenthauses stimmt einfach alles: Preis-Leistung, Einrichtung, Aussicht, Lage. Sogar ein Cheminee mit Holz gehört dazu. Ausserdem unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

STAIRS and directions!
We arrived late at night and thought we could walk from the train station and followed our GPS and boy were we wrong! The apartment building is 300 steps from the nearest road and is a real steep climb with suitcases. Turns out there were still taxis running that late at night. The unit was a nice unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The problem is access. 2 in our group were over 65 and the access is a problem.

Chambres, salon et cuisines spacieuses et tranquilles. Le seul hic, il faut une terrible montée pour y accéder, une fois à l'intérieur, on apprécie les installations.
