We had a wonderful stay here, it is a great location and all the staff are outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, especially Chelsea who went above and beyond to help us with tickets and itinerary which made our stay even better. The on site restaurant served a fantastic selection of meals. We would recommend this place to stay wholeheartedly if you are visiting the national park.

Such amazing helpful staff. She helped us plan our entire day to the avatar mountains, and helped translate an allergy my wife had to the chef to accommodate. Rooms were really nice and private, with a beautiful view and comfortable beds. But the best thing about staying here was the helpful staff!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the location is incredible, right by Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, making it the perfect place to stay while exploring the area and its breathtaking sights. What truly made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was so accommodating, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, especially when it came to navigating the parks, planning our visits, and figuring out the best sights to see. A special thank you to Chelsea, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. She was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful, and we genuinely appreciated everything she did for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. We would love to come back!

Amazing stay in Zhangjiajie! The hotel staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist us. The location was perfect — just 5 minutes away from the Avatar Mountain gate, which made traveling very convenient. The hotel view was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. An unforgettable stay, Exceptional Hospitality at Its Finest! I have stayed in many places around the world, but I can truly say we have never experienced such an excellent level of service at any other hotel before. This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever visited, and the hospitality we received is unmatched. A massive, honorable mention goes to Chelsey and Robert at the front desk. They were absolutely incredible and went completely above and beyond for us. Their outstanding assistance made our trip perfect. Not only did they carefully guide us through the park, but they were also right there to solve literally every single problem or question we had during our stay. Furthermore, the fact that Chelsey and the rest of the staff spoke such excellent English made a world of difference for us. It immediately made us feel so much more comfortable and genuinely at home. If you want a flawless stay where the staff treats you like family and goes the extra mile, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Chelsey, Robert, and the entire team!

Thanks Robert for helping make our stay in Zhangjiajie AMAZING! The hotel is a short 2-3 minute drive to one of the entrances of the National Park. All of the staff is great and very helpful. Robert took the time to sit with us and walk us through the map of the park, which helped us out tremendously. We had dinner at their restaurant twice and it didn't disappoint. I felt like I was eating a home cooked meal. The whole hotel has a very homey feel to it. I definitely recommend staying here!

What a fantastic experience. Starting with the beautiful customer service from the Staff. Nancy help us with some reservations. The location if perfect, close to the entrance to the Avatar Mountain, we walked from the entrance to the hotel and we enjoy that pretty much. If we are going back, for sure we will stay at this hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel nestled in the mountains with lush forests and a very peaceful setting. The hotel was amazing, on my behalf , the staff purchased the tickets and at my request arranged for a guide who was absolutely wonderful. The hotel also arranged for a driver to collect us from the train station and it was only a 25 minute drive. Having installed the Alipay for tourists it was very easy to pay for things. The breakfast was plentiful with a great deal of variety. It was a wonderful experience staying in Zhangjiajie, visiting the attractions and staying at this hotel.
