The detached vacation home “Ostseeperle” is furnished to a high standard with great attention to detail. Spanning approximately 95 m², the property features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious terrace, a fenced-in garden shielded from prying eyes, an outdoor grill, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances (including a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, oven, and more), a washer and dryer (free of charge), as well as a Cafissimo coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and much more...

On the first floor, our guests will find a spacious and elegantly furnished living/dining room, featuring, among other things, a large flat-screen TV, a dining set for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen-diner (see above), a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom, and a hallway with a coat closet. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling terrace windows facing the garden and the light-colored furnishings, the living and dining area is flooded with light and has a very welcoming atmosphere.

On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a flat-screen TV and high-quality beds. The second bathroom on the upper floor features a whirlpool tub.

The vacation home features, among other things, a total of four LCD flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, a stereo system, Wi-Fi with a free unlimited internet plan, an (electric) fireplace, a telephone, and much more..

The spacious terrace and garden adjoin the living room. The terrace is equipped with high-quality patio furniture for 6 people, a large beach chair, a sun umbrella, and an outdoor grill.

We’ve also thought of our “little guests.” A play area with a playhouse awaits them at the back of the garden for lots of outdoor fun. For our “very little” guests, we’re happy to provide a crib and a high chair free of charge upon request.

As a special highlight, a hot tub and a garden sauna (!) are available to our guests for their well-being and private wellness enjoyment.

Two parking spaces (including one carport) are reserved for our guests on the property.
