The house is located in a quiet location on a 700 sqm enclosed property. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach can be reached in about 20 minutes, the center of Zinnowitz with numerous shops and restaurants can be reached in about 15 minutes walk. The Zinnowitz invites with its theater and cinema to numerous cultural events.  Due to the central location of the seaside resort and the direct connection to the Usedomer Bäderbahn and the cycle path network of the island of Usedom, the seaside resort Zinnowitz is an ideal base for exploring the island of Usedom.

House Zander:
The house extends over 2 floors and has a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (bath, shower and toilet), a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave etc. and a large living room with dining area; here you can accommodate up to 6 people. The south-facing terrace invites you to relax all day long. There is also a washing machine available. 700m² of land also offer your children enough space to play. The initial supply of bed linen and towels is already included, as well as the free Wi-Fi use. A car parking space is located directly on the property. No pets allowed.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
