“Good location. Overall nice and convenient property with a nice small patio. Easy check in. We had a comfortable stay. It would benefit from some improvements and pay more attention to the little details that make a difference considering the price range. Better pillows and mattresses, TVs that actually work. Comforters in good shape and stored in a shelve and not thrown in the floor in a closet, proper hangers. Light switches in better condition. Ordered patio. More coffee/breakfast options....

“I have previously stayed at this location when it was operated as a bed and breakfast, this time it is only a lodging spot with complimentary drinks which was conveyed in the listing. The home is lovely and easily located in Orange, with quick access to many historical areas. While the Fenton is listed as having a bathroom, which it does, it is a tiny water closet at best. “Highly Recommended We stayed at this home for a week while in town for a wedding, and it worked very well for our group. The house had plenty of room for seven adults, with comfortable beds, good air conditioning, and a quiet neighborhood setting. Parking was easy, with space for two cars in the driveway and additional street parking available. Main Street is about a 30-minute walk away, which some of us enjoyed several times during our stay.
